He is an inside dog and he just started doing this today. He is a boston terrier. It is white and looks like the spit you spit out when you are brushing your teeth.

White spit and yellow bile vomit are not usually serious. My terriers do it anytime their stomachs are empty. They won't want to eat anything for a little while after they throw up.

I feed them two smaller meals with a biscuit in between and before bedtime - so they're getting a little something to eat about every four hours. You have to make sure that they don't get fat - you have to cut down the amounts so they're getting the same total calories.

If a dog is vomiting repeatedly or there is blood in it, or he has diarrhea with it, or won't eat or drink - then it's serious and you should see a vet immediately.

That I would not worry about. Sometimes dogs eat yucky things, throw up, and then feel better. Every once in awhile you will even see one eating grass to make itself throw up. I wouldn't worry about vomiting unless the dog vomits multiple times, acts lethargic, or has a fever.
