my dog had puppies one was named missy and she was the runt she was apoted and then the owner returned her to us bc all she did was whine at the door and she whinned until she was back at our house and now that she is back my mom said that if no one adopts her we will have to put her down!! I love her so much and she loves me...I CANT LET GO!

Awwwwwwww....how sweet!! Talk to your mom and make her understand...how much he means to you and promise her that you'll take care of him and not interrupt your mom by any means. I have been through that when I found a stray kitty and wanted to have her, but my parents were so against it and I had to beg them (literally) and promised them that I would take care of her...after a day or so they agreed to it, but anyhow they didnt like her at the begining, but as days went they love her sooooooo much and doesnt want to let her go. I am now married and my kitty(2yr old) is still at my parents home.

Oh!! Find her a home! DON'T PUT HER DOWN!!! The poor puppy...when you find her a home let me know! It is sad when they go away though...my dog had puppies too (on purpose though, she is a purebred show collie) but I did keep 2 of the puppies so it helps. I hope you can find a home or keep Missy!! Give her a pat for me, ok? I love dogs!

instead of putting her to sleep your mom should bring her to an adoption shelter or if you are determined to take action yourself you could put flyers around your neighborhood, put an ad in the paper or call your local tv or radio station and ask them to help you find someone to adopt a good dog. remind your mom that the cost of an ad in the paper is less than putting the dog to sleep so it would be worth it. letting go of your puppy to another loving owner would be much better than putting her to sleep.

Give her to a relative, a shelter, or just find another perosn to take her in. Putting her down is the worst thing you can do.

aww..that is mean! no offense but dont put it down! im sure a freind or family member would love it..i want it..lol..that is soo sad...i would check with 'wonderful' ppl around you and maybe they might want it!! poor dog:(

aaaw.. cant yawl keep her? well if not try showing her to other ppl so she interacts with them and then leave while she is with the person... spend less time with her and dont pamper her alot! dont talk cute to her or anything..
