Yes. For individuals it is graduated with a top rate of 6.9% and a 1% credit on capital gains. Corporate rate is a flat 6.75%.
There is a property tax but no sales tax except for lodging and certain resort areas.

No, there isn't. I also believe that the State doens't have property taxes, either.

Back in reality, there is a state income tax, but there isn't a state sales tax.
