What is the best way to discuss this with a guy without him feeling like he is being cut off at the knees. It has been going on as long as we have been dating and we have not discussed. I think it is stress related (not related to our relationship), but it could be a health issue - How do you bring up that the member is not operating properly? I highly doubt he will seek help on his own.

It's definitely a touchy subject. My thoughts are that you could look up some information on the many reasons why this could be happening and what the solution may be. Then have a discussion with him based on that information. Make it clear to him that you are not belittling him or blaming him for the problem. It happens to plenty of men and there are solutions. Let him know that you just want to be able to take him to the heights of ecstasy!

Just ask him "Have you thought maybe you should see a doctor to make sure the pipes are working okay?" What's the worst he can do? He'd get mad and slam the door in your face. So what. It's an honest suggestion.
