The Hotel Palais Bourbon is located in the 7th district. I did a search and a double room for the nights you are looking for is 125 euro a night.
There is an internet point, air conditioning and a lift.

Pretty simple criteria for a romantic Parisian trip(I am Owner of a Travel Agency). And there happens to be lots of nice Hotels with double bed in or near the 7th District of Paris that should meet your wants and needs. If you could kindly either call, email me at: indysteve1563@yahoo.com, or reach me through Yahoo Messenger, I can give you some ideas on what's out there that satisfies what you are looking for.

Check out venere.com. I've book hotels and B&B's through them many times, in France and Italy. You can read reviews from people who have recently stayed in the places that interest you, and my experience has been that I am able to get exactly the type of place I want after reading them. They list all areas and price ranges, and show you the locations on a map. Have a great trip!

I stayed at a family owned hotel called the castex it was in the 11th though. Great place, nice family and I believe they had a lift although I honestly don't remember for sure. It was about $50 at the time, I see it's risen to about 100 euros now. It's very close to the bastille metro station.

The motel Annexe has quite exciting expenditures, from fifty 3 euros. that's a constructive motel, placed in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, north of the Marais. this is notably accepted, on the fringe of the Canal St-Martin. The rooms are gorgeous. i propose you this motel.

had a real good stay in Hotel-Nikko - japanese owned, very clean and luxurious, and about 6 blocks from Tour Eiffel. Lifts and ramps galore.
