do you believe in the saying that it is what is on the inside that counts not what she looks like? or do most people judge people on their looks?

Looks are what attracts us to each other, but it is what is inside, that keps us interested and together...

I know myself as a guy I really dont need the looks if you go for the best looking girls your always going to lose because there is always somebody better looking than you or more charming, no matter what you do, I prefer to stay out of that competition. Some people get lucky there are exceptions. On the other hand you do have to be attracted to your bf or gf physically on some level to make a relationship work. It is possible though to look past all that havent you ever seen the complete odd couple that look like they should never belong together? That's because they care about whats on the inside, the way it should be, I believe in this saying and I feel that way but it has also become another way for guys to get into the pants of girls I wont lie. When it is right you will know its right dont get overwhelmed by anybody think about everything somebody significant says to you and gauge reactions this will always help you out.

A lot of people do judge by looks to a certain extent. In all honesty
it is what a person is on the inside that counts the most.The things money can not buy,like love,compassion,trust,personality,sense of humor,understanding and forgiving.

Of course looks count. Looks are the intial attraction they are what get a person male or femal to walk across the room, they are what get people noticed on the street and in restaurants so insnap decision situations looks do win out the majority of the time. However, a guy moves across the room for looks or traits he finds attractive but he stays for what's on teh inside (sense of humor, intelligence, for me a little attidue, and personal interests)

I usually don't look for inner beauty if there is a clear lack of physical beauty; Sad but true for most males. Consequently, if you do lack physical beauty, by all means be outgoing and expose your inner beauty because otherwise we will not take the time to find it.

Initial attraction is always physical first, but I have had times where a drop dead gorgeous girl talks and nothing intelligent was coming out and it was a total turnoff. So yeah, eventually it is what the inside that counts for the long term, but it is what the outside is, is what attracts the initial attraction.

Initially people judge on appearances but I've met allot of beautiful women who once they've opened their mouths they suddenly became less attractive. On the other hand, I've met women who did not strike me as "bomb shells" but had wonderful personalities, kind hearted, compassionate people that I found much more beautiful beyond their physical looks once I got to know them. Please keep in mind that a women has to take care of herself and be somewhat physically attractive or all the "inner beauty" in the world won't matter if she is a physical train wreck.
