dont worry im kinda a big girl too!!!
well i think that u should love your body...it doesnt matter if u are heavy u can still look beautiful even if u are heavy!!!
but if u really wanna lose some weight then you should excersise..and eat less!!
my friend lost weight by eatin two meal a day and the for the third meal drink a lot of water........and she also excersised!!!
she used to weigh close to 200 pounds and now shes 150!! so she lost 50 pounds in less than a year!!!
i dont like runnin either....but it is good for you.........running helps everythin but the arms.........!! and once u start runnin u will get used to it and it wont be as bad!!

You can also cut back on your calories. This is not a Diet it is a life change. Starting eating more fruits and vegetables and cut back on your calories. Below is a website that will tell you how many calories you should be in taking for your weight, height, age and gender and to lose weight you need to cut out 500 calories either by eating less or exercising. If your young and I suspect you are then you should speak with your parents about dieting. You should also speak with your doctor. If you want to become active and healthy then you should find an activity that you like and do it a few times a week. You should also learn something about healthy eating. Ask your doctor if he could suggest a good nutritionist. If you are young then this is the best time to start eating healthy and being active.

I suggest aerobics or maybe even yoga or pilates. Both burn fat and are good for your muscles.
Just keep in mind that it's not the number on the scale that counts. it's how healthy you are. You can weigh 200lbs and still look hot.

treadmill,low carb diet,join a gym,get a personal trainer--there's lots of things u can do just dont be lazy about it-get out there and go for it--good luck!!

YOU CAN RIDE A BIKE. OR GET INTO SOME KIND OF ACTIVITIY. DANCING IS REALLY A GOOD WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF. JUST BE ACTIVE.
