I consider if we relatively need to do what's first-rate for the financial system and for our armed forces, we relatively have got to stop watching at them as separate entities. Let me try and explain. I might bet 80% or more of the mos's inside the navy, marine corps, navy, and air force are the identical in each department. I might additionally guess that 80% of the AIT colleges are joint faculties. In exclusive establishments I hear all the time about breaking down silo's. I feel the armed forces must do the equal. Back once I was in high institution individuals wanted to join the militia to see the world and go anywhere they want (geographically speaking). As bases are becoming decommissioned i'm establishing to see that alternatives for geographic places are fitting fewer and fewer. Additionally you will observe that military and Navy have turbo merchandising charges than Air drive or Marine Corps. No longer on the grounds that military and Navy have more committed or driven personnel, however due to the fact there are extra slots inside their mos's. Would it make more sense to allow a communications specialist to fill any communications specialist slot that is available in spite of what uniform they wear? Would it additionally make experience to have all bases joint, as an alternative of Air force, Navy, Marines, and army bases. And positions on the bottom can be crammed founded on grade/mos/seniority and now not care what uniform they wear?
