Well, at your age it is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT that you talk to, and work with, your doctor before starting a weight loss program. At your size, there may be special medical concerns so start there.
It is also possible that your medical insurance will include coverage for a nutritionist, or maybe your parents will spring for one. Getting the help of a professional in designing a diet that will allow you to lose weight in a healthy manner that you will still enjoy will make it much easier and more pleasant.
See you will need to make permanent changes, not just temporary ones if you want to both lose the weight AND keep it off, so any help you can get will improve your success.
That said, if you can't get a pro, it would pay to join weight watchers, and they do have groups just for teens. You can't make permanent changes without really learning about, and fully understanding nutrition and what different foods do to your body.
Barring both those options, you can get books on nutrition at the bookstore or library.
Then you need to step away from the TV, computer and video games and start moving. Yep, exercise. The best exercise is one that you enjoy so do whatever. Dance, walk, bike, or join the gym.
I will say that if you want to lose weight faster, get tight and smaller faster AND maintain the muscle you will need to keep your metabolism high so the weight stays off, you MUST LIFT WEIGHTS. All exercise burns calories but weight lifting burns calories AND builds muscle. That's why it is worth you while to establish a program
Again, hire a trainer or buy a book, or maybe just ask a friend who already does it to get you started.
Good luck.

So tough. At 15 you think the whole world is watching you. When you are 40 you will absolutely accept yourself the way you are. So how do you get from 15 to 40 with a smile on your face? Do girls like you? If so , do nothing. Are you good at sports? If so , do nothing. Doctors have discovered that the tiniest things like moving your fingers and wrists when sitting can burn up calories when no one would imagine that happening. so i want you to change nothing. Don't diet. don't starve yourself. ( I even jumped rope in a sauna when i was your age). Just move a little bit more tomorrow than you moved today. Life isn't fair. when you are old you will wish you could be 15 again. I'm old and i know.

First thing would be to see your doctor. I'm sure he/she will give you diet advise, and encourage you to drink lots of water and increase your activity level. Walking is really good to do. Maybe keep a journal of what you eat, and what you do for exercise. Good luck with your plans, and don't worry...it's going to take some time, as you didn't put the weight on in a short time, but over a long time. Don't give up!

If you are healthy, run and run and run. Thirty minutes a day, everyother day until you can do it everyday. You will have to do it for the rest of your life, and the more you do it the longer you will live. Running is probably the best excersize a human can get. Just get active and stay that way. Everything good is hard and takes work. Hard times don't last, strong people do.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

aww.well i use to be chubbier and what helped me was to like eat no junkfood. i ate a lot of fruits and vegetables. i mean..taking a walk in the mall..or just playin a sport is a workout to. start playin football with friends or soccer anything to get you workin out. allow yourself only one hour on the computer each day..and only 2 hours at the most with tv. cause thats what distracts most people from working out. if you seriously want to lose weight go hire a physical trainer to work with you. sorry if i didn't help!

A diet is not going to do it. What you're going to need to do is to commit to a lifestyle change. This means eating different and healthy, watching your portion size, and excercise. Just that by itself will help you to lose weight. Best of luck to you.
