If you don't like it change the channel. I'm an educated white woman and I like hip hop. >.<

Hip hop in general won't end but they do need to make it more versatile. Yes it's getting out of hand. I'm tired of hip hop getting special treatment on MTV and radio stations. Like they're using Affirmative Action for black artists. Why can't they include black artists who perform other types of music. What about artists who sing and play instruments? Not that all artist should play instruments but don't act like the band is corny and only the rapper and DJ are cool. That's the same thing they used to do with the boy band era and you know where that went. And what's with that over-exaggerated beat, every song seems to have? The beat overpowers the vocals.
And BTW- Disco never died. That club music is as much disco as The Beatles and The Strokes are both Rock.

You have to wait for its sub genres to gain more dominance on its own and then see which ones die out. But nothing ever really goes away. Even disco is still alive in some parts of the world. And every now and then it rears its ugly head in the form of a "revival".
By the time we are all dead Hip-hop would have evolved into something that we would no longer call Hip-hop. By then they could be calling it flip-flop.

Hip hop is getting out of hand. I wish it would go back to the old-school style.

Anyone who still says that Hip hop is just a fad, is obviously living under rock and in denial...so no hip hop will not end. Just don't listen if you don't like what you hear.

I don't think it will end. Yeah, I rather the music from the 90s and the early 2000s like 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003because rappers are only raping about Bitches and Hoes, Money, Cars and Clothes. Nobody wants to hear that
