Encourage yourself in the Lord & His Words.
Put on the garment of praise for the Spirit of Heaviness.
Wait on the Lord. Whosoever calls on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved. He pulls us out of the miry clay. He puts our feet on a firm foundation. He puts a new praise song in my mouth to my God. Many will see and fear and will trust in the Lord.
Do not forget all thy benefits. Meditate on God's promises, give every hurt to Jesus. Let His healing hands mend your broken heart. Cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you. Sometimes wounds go deep and a word or situation can restab it. Need to recognize the root of the wound. When it first happened, then give that to Jesus. Curses need to be returned dipped in God's love. Need to forgive & walk in forgiveness.
Need to realize that it doesn't matter whatt so and so was wrong in accusation to/of you. What matters is what God thinks. God loves you, and is working in you where you are right now. For He knows the truth about you more than you do. Let go and let God.

Well, read the bible and try out some church. There are many different denominations of christians or religions. A religious councelor would talk t oyou about your problems. You really should turn to God though. HE is there to listen. Do you satellite? You should watch Joel Osteen. He is so great and motivating and helps w/ depression. He has a book called Best Life Now. you can ask me more questions if you want.

If depression persists, seek professional help. The sooner you do so, the sooner you can be on the road to recovery. Seek out an understanding doctor who is familiar with the condition. Try not to feel ashamed of your depression or to feel embarrassed if you need to take medication.
Exercise regularly. Studies have shown that regular exercise can be an effective therapy for depression.
Tell those who are closest to you how you feel. Do not isolate yourself or bottle up your feelings.
Try to keep your life simple by focusing on things that are essential.
Pray for courage and patience. If you find it difficult to pray, ask someone to pray with you. Recovery may only be delayed if you hold on to feelings of guilt or worthlessness.
God has provided the ransom sacrifice of his Son, the Christian congregation, the Bible, and the privilege of prayer. This line of communication with God—prayer—never has a busy signal. God can and will hear all who approach him with a humble, sincere heart. "Let us, therefore, approach with freeness of speech to the throne of undeserved kindness, that we may obtain mercy and find undeserved kindness for help at the right time."—Hebrews 4:16.
Psalms 72:12,13--"For he will deliver the poor one crying for help,
Also the afflicted one and whoever has no helper. He will feel sorry for the lowly one and the poor one, and the souls of the poor ones he will save."
Psalms 51:17--" The sacrifices to God are a broken spirit;
A heart broken and crushed, O God, you will not despise." NW Tran.

Put down the bible and look at all the wondrous beauty in the world, from a butterfly, to falling snow, to a starry night sky. Know that you and everyone, and everything, are a viable part of the living cosmos.
