Ebuyer.com is not the same company as eBay. Ebuyer is an online shop that specializes in computers and electronics. Ebay is an online auction site. Ebuyer seems like a safe place to me, but you can read reviews for it here from customers:

It's not the same as eBay. I have used ebuyer for about three years now and while they can be a pain for delivering on time, they are a genuine company.

Ebuyer is a legitiamte electronics and PC supplies store operating in the Uk & US.
I've had an account for 3 or 4 years and although they screw up the occasional dispatch date they are good. A LOT of independant PC shops but from them.

No Ebuyer is a regular online store not an auction site like eBay.
It specialises in computer/electronic items.
And yes you can trust it, certainly more than you can eBay.
