I smile all the time. I dont really mean to. Usually Im thinking about somthing hilarious that happened earlier. But other than that im just an all around happy person with a great life!
I dont think I need a reason more than that!

it depends. is it REALLY for no reason or just no apparent reason? do they smile like that around everyone or just you?
if they have a reason you're not aware of it could be one of a hundred things.
if there is truly no EVENT occuring making them smile they could be on drugs, they could be simply a happy person, they could be attracted to you, they could be hiding their dislike of you... could be anything. got anything more specific?

It means they make their own happiness and don't wait around for others to do it for them. These people are at peace within their selves. They are the "bark" floating where ever life takes them, unlike the "fish" that fights to go up stream and make their own destination.
