i've been having sudden cravings for food at like 2 in the morning or at like midnight. lol. idk why but i'd like to stop.before i get fat or something..so what could i do for me to not be so hungry so late at night?

You should be consuming 5 or 6 small healthy meals daily which helps to curb late evening cravings. One good trick I've used, buy lots of bottled water and keep a few in the fridge. If you crave a late night snack, drink a full bottle of water -- or even 2! That way, you'll consume no calories and your body will actually burn some calories because of the water being cold.

eaither eat more regular meals throughout the day or at least have healthy alternatives to eat at midnight. Maybe drinking alot of water would help also.

Go to sleep earlier, that's what I have to do. If I am not sleep by 12 I will want to eat.

Take more of liquid intake before sleep.
