Rocky Marciano - Won 49 Lost 0, 43 KO
Ask any Italian who the greatest boxer ever was, and you will never hear the names Ali, Louis or Sugar. Nope. You will only hear the name Rocky Marciano, the only heavyweight champion to retire undefeated. To his credit, Rocky Marciano did make a habit of beating up his opponents in the ring. Add the fact that his most notable victory was over his childhood idle, Joe Louis, whom he sent back into retirement. But Joe was well past his prime. He also beat Archie Moore, but he also was already in his early forties. So to the entire nation of Italy and her children I say to you, Rocky Marciano could not beat any of the champions in my top T.E.N.

The man who refused to lose who had the hardest punch in the history of boxing, the most durable and toughest fighter who ever lived Rocky Marciano. 49-0-0 43 KO's and I am not Italian, the man was a true warrior and fighter and he feared nobody!

Marciano fought bums. Not to mention boxing was fixed like wrestling. Tyson in his prime was the best. Ali was good lacked KO punching power.

Right now the best fighter on Earth is Floyd Mayweather, end of discussion. Best fighter of all time: Muhammed Ali. Would've beaten any heavyweight in history on his best night. Most overrated: Rocky Marciano. Young man beating up old men. Most underrated: Larry Holmes. Old man beating up young men.

Based purely on skill and talent, Mayweather.
But, I can't consider any fighter to be the best unless he's been tested, dug deep, and won.
Mayweather hasn't come close to being tested so who knows what he has in his heart. I'd like to see that.

Well in my opinion it's Manny "PACMAN" Pacquiao. He currently dominates the featherweight division and he dominates the popularity of the filipinos all over the world, he in my opinion is the best.
