You probably just have large pores. My husband and one of my 3 daughters has thes tiny bumps too and that's what we were told they were.

You probably have some form of dermatitis, nothing to worry about. If they bother you that bad, you can have a dermatologist to remove them and if you can't afford the "cosmetics" of it, tell him/her that they are itching, burning, etc. so insurance will cover it.

Do you have asthma? This is a good indication of asthma. It could also be something that you inherited. Might want to see a dermatologist.
