I've got a bottle of Bluebonnet Super Earth mini-caplets that just expired last month (6-06). The caplets themself look fine (dark green) but have tiny white spots. So what's the negative of taking these?
Will these still be just as effective?
How long does it take for a daily vitamin to become nutritionally worthless?
Will taking these give me super-human powers?

Thanks.

I wouldn't think that there are any negative points about it. I believe this expiration date stuff is only a way that drug companies use to make more money. Supposedly, they're not going to guarantee the benifits of any medicine that is out of date. I think that's BS anyway. Best of luck to you.........

With medications, you have about a year after the exp date. I would think the white spots would be from some moisture build up. If they do give you super human powers, please contact me so I can get some too.

These will kill. Do not take them. Do not take them. Sink it in. Do NOT take them.
