you mean physically or politically? physically there is nothing stopping you from doing so, but you may have trouble getting through all the government checkpoints along the way. you will have to research the requirements of each country along your route for entry and exit. i don't know if there's a bridge over the bosporus strait in turkey but if there isn't you could theoretically drive around the black sea.
update:
ah, there is a bridge, so that would cut the time quite a bit.

I'm pretty sure it's possible and also very long. I wouldn't advice it knowing that some countries by which you may have to drive by are known to be risky, you will also have to make sure to have a passport that allows entries to the countries you will go through. I am Swiss and as far as I know the entrance to Switzerland should not be difficult, but you have to keep in mind that is a country outside of the European Union so some requirements for entry will be different.

Yes. You will need international car carnets in many of the countries that you pass through. This guarantees that you will take the car with you when you leave instead of selling it in a country. You will need to check that you have international insurance. And you will have to be very brave because the drivers in Saudi can be utter lunatics.

Yes of course: via Jordania, Syria, Turkey - Bosnia, Croatia, Italy... (at the "-" there are several possibilities)
There are some ferries as well, but I don't know where exactly and which ones would load cars. I think you would have a chance to travel from Egypt directly to Italy by boat.
Well, and what's your aim? Do you need to take your car with you?

First, you need some vehicle, ha ha... I'm joking. I suppose you have it.
But, problem could be the route you would pass on your trip. There are a lot of dangerous areas in middle east. Don't go across Iraq.
