It depends on the person you're in love with. You may love someone who treats you like crap and makes you feel bad about yourself...you'd be better off alone.
Being alone does not mean you have to be lonely.

It really doesn't matter. Either way there are pros and cons. One thing you should never find yourself doing is searching for a boyfriend. I have done it before...no good. You either can find someone to love you or you can't. If not wait around they'll always be someone else for you. If you don't believe in true love it'll never come...but if you do...it'll suprise you in the craziest ways. It could be the man in the office next to you, or a mutual friend.

I thinks its better to be in love...
I use to live alone and I loved being out and about painting the town red and dating.. being liberal and independent... I did that for 5 years....
it got old and I got lonely
now I'm in love and have son with an amazing man and I'm taken care of and I feel so safe..

well,based on personal experience, i've found it's better to be alone than to be with someone who doesn't love you the way you love them or who makes you feel unappreciated or who you can't be yourself around,etc. But if you find someone who really loves you and appreciates you the way you are,you can't imagine ever being alone again.

It is better to be in love because you have someone to share your life with. Although when you are single you also have friends but nothing can replace the love of your life.

I have been in love with 2 men in my 37 years of life and I am currently single and I have got to tell you I prefer being by myself. BOOTY CALLS RULE BABY!!!

Depends on the person and what they want from life, doesnt it?
If you feel like you need someone to be with, love is better. If you feel content being alone, being alone is better. This is kind of a 'duh' question.
