Yes, if that's what the law says. Contact your local legislators. Banning breeds and killing innocent friendly pets is NOT the answer to preventing dog fighting and vicious dogs!

Yes, and many, many breeds are on banned/restricted lists, NOT just Bully breeds.

They can also take them in some places, like LA county and Albuquerque, if they are not spayed and neutered. In Albuquerque they can even be taken if they do not have appropriate toys.

I would personally stay away from Denver, Albuquerque, and all of California. I will NEVER go to or support those states as long as their anti-dog laws are in existence.

Illustrated - it is not impossible, it is happening. Several hundred family pets killed in Denver, quite a few in Indiana too, just because AC thinks they look like a Pit Bull.

How the heck can a county ban a dog? It's impossible.

A man just going thru denver had his pit bull shot and killed becasue of the bann there. If you love your dog don't take it where there is a ban.

yes, because you have to follow the laws of the country you are in. for example if someone came here with pot, they could take it away and arrest the person even if pot is legal in their home country. you are subject to the rules of the country you are in.
