Yes I do.
Depends where you are going. Some country areas have the hole and squat thing but most places have regular toilets. However, Turkish plumbing does not allow tissue paper so there is a bin provided for used tissue.

Turkish toilets are fine you can even place the toilet roll down when finished as in some countries you cant...nice you will be able to pee in peace...

I am a world expert on the toilets of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and the Kamchatka Peninsula - unfortunately I did not attend the lectures on the toilets of Asia Minor as I had the clap so I can't help you. Sorry.

It's called a squat toilet, basically a hole in the floor, most common in Mideastern countries

Yes they are smelly! You cannot throw used toillet paper down the pan due to the size of the sewrage pipes, you have to throw the soiled paper in a wastepaper basket at the side of the toilet!.................................GROSS!!!!!
