Pack to layer your clothes. There will be times when the weather is warm, most often when you are in port and there is no breeze. When we went a few years ago it was short sleeve weather in Vancouver but then very chilly until we go to a ports stop. Then we had rain, which is common in Jeaneu, and Ketchikan, Then when we got to Anchorage it was in the mid 70's (this was in May). It was also pleasant in Denali Nat Park and FAirbanks.

It will be cold at the glacier stops and a warm jacket, gloves and a het will feel good. It will also be cold when you get to open water. So,if you plan to spend any time outside on deck watching sights, plan to dress warmly for it. Also take wrm clothes if you plan to do a tour like a flight to land on a glacier or go on a dog sled ride.

There will be a couple fomal nights on ships so take some dressup clothes (tux/long dress). You will need to wear casual wear (long pants and shirts) after 6:00 PM in the public areas on ship like the dining rooms, casino, show room, and lounges.

Otherwise, pack what you would pack going on any other trip/vacation. Take your camera for sure.

My mom just got back, and while she was there they had a heat wave. It was 78 degrees. We're from Texas, so it was great for her.
