All you need is a name... a social security number and an rough idea of where they last lived. If they are on the "wellie" it should be relativlly easy to find them. Just call the wellie office and ask them. You will have to provide all aliases and such, but it won't be that far. Me, I found my bio mother in another country on the other side of the planet.. with just a name and town she was born in. So if that can happen I am confident you can find your sister. Tell me the info you have so far, not actuals, but if you have the social, name, place of birth, ect. then I can lead you in the right direction. Remember I don't want the actual information i.e. the actual name and all the personal info. good luck

If you have her social security number it might. Otherwise you may need to talk to a private investigator and get some search tips. If you know her last known address or have an address as a starting point, you may be able to track her that way. Not sure what else is available to help with your search. Good luck! I hope you find her.

No It won't I work at social security. They will not give you any information over the phone, nor will they give you any in person if your a not a legal guardian. Try peoplefinders, classmates.com(Lot's of people young and old register there.), and try looking for them through family members and old acquaintances, sorry i couldn't help more.
Good Luck!
