Let him know (with out actually telling him) that you like him. Laugh at all his jokes, be playful with him, just show him your interested in him. Ask him if he'd like to hang out sometime (do something casual like get coffee...do NOT go to a movie or dinner! They are not good places to talk which is what you two should be doing alot of in the beginning. Good luck! Just have fun!

talk to him when he is around. don't go out of your way to get him to notice you because that might push him away. if you're with your friends and you see him, wave and then keep talking to your friends. try to form a friendship kind of thing between you two and be really flirty around him. he's sure to notice you then!

I think you should just like go up to him and talk be like hisyou know like friend and then do that for a while and then start to flirt with him and then if he starts going up to you and talking to you he will start to like you trust me i kno
