You need to sit with better posture... your hips should be level and your legs should be bent at a 90 - 45 degrees. Also consider putting a pillow in your chair for added softness... as far as your head goes, I don't know if you can get a glare reducer for a laptop (called and ELF filter) but you might consider wearing sunglasses and increasing the font size so your eyes don't have to strain.
Definately stretching for a minute every twenty mins or so helps too... I have to go downstairs to get a refill on my drink, so that works for me!
This link may help for specifics of laptop use...

Use a correct posture chair. It is a funky chair that you kneel on and lean back on. It forces you to use good posture and takes the pressure off of your butt. I work in a Law office, and the Lawyers in that office all use these types of chair. They look weird, but you will feel so much better.

You need to stretch out your back and legs every so often. Also hot baths before bed helps. You can also get a more comfortable chair, and try putting a little roll pillow behind your lower back.

I aam on my computer five or six hours a day and I know what you mean. Periods of leaving the computer and resting for ten of fifteen minutes every couple of hours helps. With a laptop, why don't you lie on the bed with it on your lap at times?
