your blood sugar could be low.

I got dizzy at that age alot. I found out years later that I was an anxious teenager an had panic attacks 2 years after the dizzy started. That can be avioded... listen to soft music (nature music) before you go to sleep and fist thing in the morning. Be your own best friend and make peace your priority.

Another common reason is your blood sugars may be getting low. Take a piece of fruit (for a quick boost) and then some cheese, milk, or meat (that will stabalize your blood sugars for at least 2 hours. This is called hypoglocemia, and is not serious, but you should see a doctor. It just means you need to snack more (which is good for weight loss too).

Another reason is lack of oxygen to the brain. If you yawn and sigh alot, this is your bodies way of sending a rush of oxyen to your brain... Breath deep and slow throughout the day. Not serious, just makes you a little dizzy and tired.

Another solution is to get your ears waxed... It is holistic, painless, and relaxing... It helps alot with balance and dizziness

Normally caused by an inner ear disturbance.

Could be an ear cold, water in the ear or as simple as wax build up in one ear and not the other, in turn off setting your balance.

Low levels of certain vitamins can cause it as well as there isn't enough in the body and any certain motion drains what little there is.

Best bet is to see a doctor to figure it out. Last thing you want to do is let a balance item go unchecked as it can become permenant or cause hearing loss.

Usually dizziness has something to do with the inner ear. You may have an ear infection or some other hidden problem but usually it's just minor and nothing to worry about.
There may be other reasons that can be more clearly defined by your doctor. Make an appt if you are still concerned about your health.
Take care!

This could be a number of things: Fluid on the ear, ear infection, low or high blood sugar, possibly a sinus infection. The best thing to do is go to the doctor and get it checked out.

You shouldn't be getting dizzy alot at your age. My best advice would be to tell your parents and get them to take you to a doctor. It's probably nothing, but it could be something, and that's a good enough reason to have it checked out.
Good Luck!

Please see a doctor. Here are some reasons for dizzy spells I have had:
- Anxiety
- Ear wax buildup
- New glasses needed
- Dehydration causing movement of stones in inner ear
- Virus/flu

Don't forget about the doctor. Good luck.

You should have your parent/gaurdian take you to a doctor.

We could guess all day why you could be dizzy, but you HAVE to see a doctor to get the correct diagnosis.

talk to you parents. you might be anemic. you just need to stay home in bed. dont be running around outside especially in the hot weather. you aslo might be having a heat stroke. eat something naturaully sweet like an orange or bananas. i really think you need to tell your parents. especially if you see small lights are squirmy spots.

Low blood pressure: you need to drink more water
Anemia: need to eat more red meat or take iron supplements.
It is really not unusual.
Also exercise to keep your health good.
Drinking a lot helped me more than anything else.
If it happens when you stand up then it is probably low blood pressure. drink more fluids.

Do you drink plenty of water? Eat regular meals? Make sure you do both, not eating and drinkind right can make you dizzy and sick. If you are eating and drinking right, talk to your parents about seeing a doctor.
