No, the new owner is, and is his/her fault for not removing the car from your premises on time. You have not ownership of it anymore.

No, of course not. You might check with the DMV to make sure the registration was transferred. Also, if you do get contacted about the tickets, it would help if you had a bill of sale, or a bank statement showing the deposited check, or some such proof that you actually sold the car.

If you still own the car according to the registry, then you still own the tickets. If the car is no longer in your name, you are pretty safe.

If your name is still on the title, you are responsible. If the title has been transferred to some one else and is officially transferred, ie, the bmv did the paperwork, you are off the hook.

No u not. One reason is that it is registered to the person that you sold it to. It that person car they responsible. Secound it was he/she that drove it last.
