It can be picked more than once but popped only once. It also depends on what you really mean, but I think its a one time deal. There are some procedures that supposedly restore the "cherry" but that would be an artificial cherry that probably wont "pop" its....... not my field of expertise.

no, but the first time you have sex it might bleed because you haven't done it before, not because you're cherry is popped.
