That law'sare made to be followed.with the provision that laws are faulty and they were made by humans and they are not always upheld by the lawmakers. That for every bad reason for not following the law there is a good reason for not following a particular law.

I'll agree that some laws were made to protect the rights of some individuals and not others. And I'll agree if you have enough money you can get around most of the laws in affect.

Lets Use YOUR Reasoning

For every bad reason for not following the law there is a good reason for not following a particular law.

Officer, The Only Reason I Killed That Illegal Alien
Is Because He Broke The Law
By Coming Here In The First Place

Sound Logical??

No, not all laws are upheld by lawmakers, but the immigration laws are!! We still have the immigration laws on our statute books, and that law is being followed to the letter by legal immigrants. Consequently, it's not an outdated, unused piece of legislation, but it's in force and active, and breaking it is still an offense ... right? You can say all you like that some laws are not enforced, but this one is not in that category! And, may I add, if you or I don't comply with existing law, we get caught, and punished, right?? Unless we have a damn good lawyer ... point is, 12 million or so illegals are not caught ... and not punished .... so where is your logic??

There are very important reasons to limit immigration of poor people which is why virtually every developed country on the planet does so - including Mexico.

We subsidize almost the entire cost of education and services for poor people in this country even if they pay all taxes for their income groups. Meanwhile, so long as we have universal 'free' (to them) education, people from countries that do not have universal education will want to come here. That creates an impossible situation where we are paying to educate a huge percentage of the poor from another country, and are no longer properly educating our own children as a result. Health care and other services are in similar straights.

Employers and Bush don't want immigration laws enforced because they benefit from cheap labor while we pay for the benefits for their work force. That is not a 'good reason' to fail to enforce the laws, as far as the rest of us are concerned.

NO,we can NOT agree!!!! Do you think we can just PICK and CHOOSE which laws to obey?? I don't think so!!!
The reason we NEED laws about foreigners coming into this country,is because:
# 1 we can NOT just let MILLIONS of uneducated, poverty level people move here!!! Any income taxes they might pay, would contribute NOTHING to this economy!!! In fact, poverty level people would actually be getting back MORE than anything they would pay in!!!!

#2 CRIMINAL behavior, must NOT be rewarded!!!

#3 ILLEGALS are NOT tested for COMMUNICABLE DISEASES,because of the fact that they SNEAK into the country!!

#4 Illegals are a DRAIN on our social services!!!

#5 WHY should illegals get social security, when they use STOLEN and FAKE i.d.'s to work??!!!

#6 We have our OWN poor people to worry about, we do NOT need MILLIONS more!!!

#7 There are MILLIONS of people from all over the world, who wants to come here, that have WAITED,and "paid the price" to come here LEGALLY!! Do you think it's FAIR to them, for illegals, to just cut ahead of them?? I do NOT!!!!

#8 MILLIONS of violent CRIMES are committed each year by ILLEGALS!!! And,YES,we have PLENTY of criminals that are U.S. citizens.blah,blah.blah!!! But the POINT here, is that these millions of crimes committed by ILLEGALS, would NEVER have happened, if they has NOT BEEN HERE ILLEGALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

to the FAKE "sealrborders"!! Just because i'm your HERO,you don't have to keep on IMPERSONATING me!!! GET A LIFE!!!!

Yes there is a difference. And to me at least there is difference between breaking a law that hurts no one and breaking a law that hurts many people's chances of having a decent life. Why should we be forced into accepting lower wages or even unemployment to give a better life to people who don't even care enough to become legal? As individuals they generally don't bother me, but as a collective they are ruining the chances of ordinary citizens in this country. You know, those of us who actually clean our own toilets.

Obey them-there there is no problem.

Maybe you think there faulty-change them legally-if the majority agree you have no problem-if they don't you need to follow them.

Get off the I don't want too-suppose I feel its Ok to shoot people I don't like-would that be OK.?
Just because you don't like a law is no excuse to break it--we have prisons full of people who don't like laws--like rape-and murder-assault-they didn't like certain laws neither. If you support law breakers-you support all of them.
You don't like laws-change them-don't break them!!!

Yep, I agree. There is that stop light near my house that is ALWAYS red when I get to it. And there is NEVER anyone else going the other way (almost never). I have good reason to ignore THAT law.

HOW ABOUT WE JUST FORGET ABOUT ALL THE LAWS AND KILL EACH OTHER TO EXTINCTION - WE CAN HAVE BIB LICAL WARS ALL OVER AGAIN! HOW LONG DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WOULD SURVIVE??

LAWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON - AND KEEPING OUT AND DEPORTING ILLEGALS IS A DAMN GOOD SET OF LAWS WORTH FIGHTING FOR AND DEFENDING NO MATTER WHAT 'SO WHAT' LOGIC YOU SPIT OUT!!!!
