My ex is confusing me by telling me he still loves me... I dont love him anymore, and have tried to tell him that. (It wont go through that thick head of his) My current b/f wants to beat hid ***! How do I keep him from hurting him?

if your current bf want to beat your ex it is not happening because of you , they are enemies as you said so they are leveling there own score .

best to stay out of it
usually makes it worse when the woman gets involved
it's a stupid male thing, common in young males
let them sort it out between themselves, probably nothing will happen
otherwise threaten to leave the current b/f if he does...
you have to be able to put your foot down, especially against unrestrained male hormones.
but don't do anything else -- other friends, behind their backs, etc. -- just let it ride out.
only thing you can do really.

the only person you can keep from doing dumb things is you. INMHO neither guy sounds like someone I'd like as a friend because my friends don't do such stupid things.
