I don't know. I saw a recipe for it in the Food section of the newspaper today and it looked good. The crust was baked on the grill. I'd brown the crust, put on cheese and then take it off the grill once the cheese melts a little. Then I'd add my favorite salad--not too much.

I do. One of my friends makes an awesome salad pizza.
Lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese, caesar dressing, etc... all served on the warm pizza crust. YUMMY!
