And i dont think ive seen a motel in NYC ever in my life.

NYC is a tourist attraction every month of the year. Prices are not really that reasonable from one month to the next. If anything I would say either September or October. Or if you could wait a little more, proably March and April.

There are no Motels in NYC. Only Hotels, difference.
