On Internet Explorer click Tools at the top then click Internet Options,on the Genral Tab you will see Home Page,in the Address section type the Web Address and click OK......

'Tools' > 'internet options' > under Home page type the URL (website) you want to keep as home page >click OK

the internet and what kind of computer u have, have nothing to do with eachother. only thing that matters is what internet service provider u use. if ur using internet explorer. u go to tools, internet options. and its right there. any other service i have no idea
