i have been through alot of software that is just too complicated do you know any good sotware that is easy to use and efficient ? if so please post, thanx!

You can use Animation Shop (comes with Paint Shop Pro). You can get a free 30 day trial at the Jasc website.

Try Jasc Animation shop (shareware) there's a 30-day demo. Or try BIDE. It's a free programming language, but comes with a free Animated GIF creator.
Also, if you search google.com for "Free animated gif creator" you are gonna get some good hits.

i don't think of there's a loose application to do this, yet Adobe Photoshop+Imageready is an elementary one to apply.. purely opt to organize your images/artwork in layers and then animate them..
