If u believe or do not believe in god then that is your choice. U have to live with what u believe is RIGHT! If right to you is that there is no god then u live your life not worrying about it.
The way i see it is if god is all loving and forgiving then if u thought that he did not exist in the end he will forgive u! I think if there is a place that we do go after death then we will not go into the fires of hell if we tried to live as good people and care about other.

Yes jak meoff said it. You are agnostic. Kuty said it too. Why worship a god that would send you to hell for not believing in him. Do human parents damn their children for not listening to them? If criminals can recieve salvation, and priests can fondle children (no offense meant to anyone) without being struck by lightening, then I wouldn't worry about it.
Seek and learn more about what you choose to believe before declaring athiesm. Not because it is bad (I am athiest). But so you will know the difference between athiesm and agnosticism.

Hell's a human construction that's meant to blackmail us into believing. Likewise heaven is, too. I wouldn't credit a God with human emotions (which are meant to be flaws) of vengeance etc and thus even if it did exist, why wouldn't it show mercy and give an opportunity to learn the true 'path'. As it is, i don't believe any of it. Perhaps you're in fact agnostic.

Well thats a hard question God forgives people so i think he should as long as you weren't a bad person in life and said things like God is bull. Think about it like this a majority of the asian race is buddhist or hindu does that mean all those people are going to hell even though they probaly never knew who God was.?

what would be so wrong in living a good life and following gods laws in my eyes all of the laaws god set for people are just basic "this is wrong so you shouldnt do it" if you just following those laws youd be making the world that much better evevn if you dont beleive in god just be a good person and help the world a little bit by being good and helping others tell me any of gods laws to follow that would have a negative effect on your life (other than the laws about gay&lesbian dont wanna get into that discussion)if you follow gods laws they wont hurt you they just might help other just cut out all the goin to church not putting any other god above and such and there you go a good person who would have alot better chance of getting into heaven than people who say to happy christians "there is no god stop beleiving"

Dont worry , hell is not a place filled with fire or something. You can still live assuming that G-d didn't exist. The only difference is that a believer lives this life and the next with very little to worry and much to enjoy, knowing that there is G-d.

No.
If there is a God (I think there is, but accept that others do not), then S/He must accept the fact that human beings make mistakes, after all, that is part of our nature, which S/He created.
Religions are HUMAN attempts to understand and explain deity; all communictaion of Deity and humanity has been through middle men, who lived centuries before our times. We can be expected to doubt and question such things.
If God takes all our shortcomings seriously, then we will all end up in Hell, no matter what our beliefs.

That doesn't seem to be a problem for most of us since we don't think we are going to go live on Planet Xorkon with Lord Xork the Space God either.
If hypothetically speaking there was a god there to judge me, I'd have a few questions for it regarding his followers and his hypocritical actions in the bible.

You're not an atheist.
There is no God.. Period!
At least not the one they describe in Christianity or Islam or other religions.
Be a good person and you have nothing to worry about.

Galatians 5:21 - Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
