Don't worry yourself with this at the moment. When i was 16, i was also 5.7 and weighed about 7 1/2 stones. I worried all the time about being so skinny, and the jibes i received were wicked. I went to my Dr's but she just told me to go back when i was older if i was still worried. This turned out to be good advice in the end. by the time i was 18 i weighed 8 1/2stone. since having 3 kids iv put on a bit more, but i am Happy with how i am.
My mum knew how unhappy i was about it all, and would put me on a "build up" plan. I would put on a few pounds, but a soon as i came off it the weight would drop.
Have you thought about seeing a dietitian? They Will be able to offer you professional advice suited to your personal needs.

at first, it received't count what you eat in the most suitable few weeks..you'll earnings weight. My very last 2-4 wks, I blew up!! this is totally standard. I received 26lbs in my total being pregnant and 10 of those kilos were in the most suitable 4 wks!! I ate healthful, exercised and drank water..My son is a month previous and that i have 4 extra kilos to lose...the biggest difficulty is that you're toddler is gaining weight on the right % and that the toddler is healthful. :)

First of all, I suggest talking this over with your dr.
Why? To make sure you're at a good safe weight or if you really should gain some. Another reason is, that your dr. can help monitor things so that your weight gain doesn't effect the good health you have now.

Your dr. should be able to give you some good ideas on safely gaining the weight you want to gain.

there is a dietarty plan for body builders in here. so it will show you hight protein and carbs that you could use. hope it helps. also you could try just doing yoga instead of any hard out exercises. this would give you leaner muscle and not burn off to many calories to fast allowing you to gain some weight

Why would you want to put on a stone? you'll end up wanting to loose a stone for the rest of your adulthood!!!

If you have to put on weight put it on as muscle.

Ice cream does it for me. Anything high fat, really, but with the ice cream, at least you get calcium.
