life on planet earth is carbon based (from carbon molecules eg protien) not silicone based (rocks)

If life did evolve from rocks then there might actually be rock people walking around. They might just use super-look-like-people-cover up so they won't be discriminated.... If I were a rock person I think that my hero would so be the Thing!!! : D

Life DIDN'T evolve from a rock. Animals and plants today evolved from simpler single-celled life forms, which presumably were generated from chemical compounds or from comet debris, under specialized conditions involving sea water. It's more correct to say life evolved out of water.

I am pretty sure didn't evolve from a rock,it probably evolved from some organisms in the air thousands of years ago,but I'm a kid what do I know.

The way I remember it is that life evolved from single-cell organisms from a chemical "cocktail" caused by tremendous electrical forces which helped build up the basic building blocks of life such as amino acids. Not from rocks.
