watch English films and read books in English watch them about a few times or only watch and read English and if you didn't understand a word find their meaning in dictionary. this is the way that helped me to learn English.

Move to Inverness Scotland, they are renouned there for speaking the most proper Queens english

Go to the library or get a tutor. Even get a DVD and show off to yoy're family and make them proud.
