Not really sure what you mean by the question. If you are asking what does an American soldier, who is an Arabic Translator, earn then it is standard pay plus a $12,000 bonus (as of June 1st) per year. If you are asking what does a civilian Arabic translator, working with American soldiers in Iraq make, then it can be much more.

Reserves and National Guard get 6K a year bonus. Active duty gets up to 1K a month.
