I told my boss once that I had to leave because I was sick. He said, "Are you really sick?" I said, "Yes, sick of listening to you gripe." I left and he paid me 1/2 day of sick pay!!!

1) My eyebrows hurt (was actually used by a colleague)
2) I have to stop on the way home and get some gas.
3) It's raining and I need to stop and get some new wiper blades
4) I'm driving the carpool and I need to leave early to get the air conditioning started before they others come out.
5) It's raining and I left the windows open (and have a 45 minute drive to get home).
6) My daughter-in-law is having a baby
