It is dangerous at your age. If you think you are overweight then you should ask your doctor if you are. You should just try and stay healthy by eating vegetables and fruit. Not a lot of juice or pop. Eat healthy cereal not sugar kinds. Stay away from fast food. If you don't have a doctor then ask your school nurse she might even be able to help you.

Sweety, why do you want to loose the weight really fast? It will make you really sick to do that and you will gain it back just as fast. If you want to loose weight and keep it off, start eating correctly. Count your calories or carbs. Cut out all sweets - all sugars. Eat fresh, uncooked vegies and an occasional fruit. Drink water and cut out all sodas. Eat in moderation, but make sure you eat. Good luck.

You should not be loosing weight really fast. It is very unhealthy especially for someone as young as you are. Eat smaller portions of HEALTHY foods and exercise. Walk outside instead of parking yourself in front of the computer. You didn't put the weight on overnight, it won't come off overnight.

your only 11 enjoy your life. If you are so concerned about your weight then join a physical activity, take up a sport. If your parents can afford join a health club. Eat less Junk food. Just have fun dude, but avoid skipping meals and taking any kind of dietary drug

your only eleven! Your still growing, you will be fine and eat a healthy diet, If you want to be safe about it, Just stay away from fast food restraunts. But your only 11.....Relax

Haha, i'm with ya! i wanna lose a lot of weight and i'm only a bit older... well just try to eat better (lotta good for me... not!) and do some excersize (i'm workin on it.. lol).. hope i helped a bit!
