i did a resume and it's perfectly fine on the word document.. but when i have to copy and paste it to employer's site the resume goes out of format and jumbles up together... i would just send them my resume on word document but they also want it copied and pasted... so my question is...how do i get my resume to look the same on word document and on the copy and paste portion on my online application?

Chances are, you won't be able to get it to look the same. Your best bet is to copy it into Notepad and make it look alright there first, and then you can copy the plain text version.

Save it as a plain text document and then try cutting and pasting it.
