I don't think that is a problem. Most of the girls I know whom are 13 are 85 to 100lbs. It depends on your height any ways. Don't think your different just because of your weight. Maybe you come from a family that isn't really big boned. There are all kinds of factors to consider. Hey if you really feel uncomfortable with yourself them maybe you should try vitamins, your only 13 and you have your whole life ahead of you. Don't feel so bad about your weight I'm pretty sure your beautiful as you are.

No your about the right weight. Depending on how tall you are. At 13 yrs old and 54 inches tall you should be nearly 91 lbs. a couple over or under is fine. Keep watching your diet and stay away from sugar and starches. You are born with a certain number of fat cells that are just right for you and if you increase your diet of junk food and decrease your exercise your body will store fat in those cells, when you run out of fat cells your body will make more to fill. Eventually when you get older and you want to lose weight, you'll have many fat cells, you may lose the fat out of them but the cells stay there. This is why it is hard to lose weight, your body THINKS they ALL need to be filled up. So watch what you do now at a young age, DON"T starve yourself, just eat healthy and you'll thank yourself later on.

well, depending on your height and all, idk. But I am 13 and weigh 95 pounds. You're fine. But if you aren't eating alot then you aren't fine. Maybe you have a really high metabolism,so that when you eat food doesn't make you get much "fatter"

that is kind of a problem...but if you're eating healthy and not skipping any meals + excersing at least 30 minutes a day, it's probably nothing to worry about..
but you might want to go to a doctor...
one of my friends had to go on a high protein diet, i don't know if that makes you gain weight or anything, but it might help..

That's up to you and your doctor. You don't mention your height so no one here can even venture a guess. Keep eating well and see a doctor when you're supposed to.
Enjoy life.
