The letters shown in the eyes are:
Upper Left - s (from hollow treeS)

Using the numbers derived from each of the locations (and the order in which they were obtained, if more than one number was obtained, such as on Bermuda and Madiera)
2 - Bermuda
5 - Bermuda
5 - Madiera
8 - Madiera
N - Tropic of Cancer
7 - Saint Helena
7 - Saint Mary
1 - Pulau Jong
3 - Isla Mas A Tierras

Put them together and you arrive at:

Look for a broken dish in the sand on Bermuda.
On the Isle the Saint Mary... there's a number written in moss on a rock.
Note: I bypassed most of the coordinates just by using Google Earth to find the island along one of the planes.

I got a 9 in Saint Helena not a 7 . I also got a 3 in Isla Mas a Tierras. I took my lunch late to do it so I guess I won't win :( cause I can't look anymore. If you guys find it, someone let me know so I can play for fun.

The box top helps you answer the puzzle in the box. Ask yourself this question is it horizonal or vertical.
