Insomnia

Insomnia, Goddess of night,
Why do you seduce me so?
On the cusp of sleep you leave me rocking.
Your feathery fingers tickle my thoughts.
I push you away but you filter back,
Like a gentle fog you swallow me up.
Sleep is not your playmate
And I too shall not play with her tonight.

Unfortunately I have suffered from insomnia for a long time. I rarely get a good nights sleep.

Either talk to your Doctor and get some mild sleeping pills or go to counseling to resolve the stress issues.
