God don't want that, He gave His Son so we don't have to. but it is our Choice. i am glad I made a Choice to Accept Jesus. he did all the work.

Hell is separation from God.
1. God and sin cannot co-exist. (2 Corinthians 6:14)
2. We have all sinned (Romans 3:23)
3. We need a savior. Thankfully... God loves us so much that He sent his only Son (John 3:16)
4. IF you confess with your mouths that He (Christ) is Lord... THEN you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
ELSE... you will remain separated from God. Logical, no?

Man (not God) has written all the books and rules govening people. Not to say some people haven't really had communucation with a higher power, but those that do generaly aren't out to judge the world. Anyway~ I believe noone really "burns" in hell. It is my belief we each keep coming back to the world we are in until we get it right (i.e. get our souls~~higher conciousness in a place where they take prioridy over petty self-indulgences) Don't get me wrong~~I'm all for having a good time, but I think for the most part people are just f@#$ed up self-serving people who pass up the really good things in life because those things are beneath them. Did I get TOO heavy?

He doesn't want you to. But He loves you enough not to make you follow Him. So it's your choice if you want to rot in hell for the rest of eternity. Satan is the one who WANTS you to rot in hell! So follow God. He's the one who really loves and cares for you!

Hell is not a literal place. But if you really stop to think about it, would it not be like burning hell to watch your friends walking with God, and you someplace not as great?

I agree that doesn't make any sense.
That we should live what 70 years and then fry forever because we couldn't cut it here. Thats not fair for a cruel guy.
Certainly not a loving father
I don't believe he does that
That hell fire is in all false religion, Muslims have a hell fire
that is a Satan teaching

wow that is a good question only that you should first think this question out before asking for reasons is that He gave his son who came to die for our sins and He clearly states you either choice life or death so u have a choice 2 make either God or satan. after the fall of adam God said He won't help anyone due to accusation that adam gave.

He doesn't want us to burn in Hell, He wants us to have eternal life in Heaven. But if the church said "do whatever you want, you'll still go to Heaven" nobody would go to church would they?

It's the same as your realationship with your parents: if you do your best to not do bad things then you will be rewarded, but if you do those bad things then you get punished. Personally, im glad i have God's forgiveness and that I'm going to heaven.
