People are different from another. One can have a better resporatory system than another. It also depends on the condition you were in; you sweat more in a hot day simply because your body is trying to maintain homeostasis (balance in the body) by cooling your skin with sweats. But generally sweating a lot more more means you're working out harder.

Sweating has nothing to do with the rate of calories that you burn. Here's a simple fact I learned while working in the health club. Those that are not used to exercising tend to sweat LESS than those that exercise regularly.

Not necessarily. For some, they sweat profusley as in very overweight person versus some that are thin. It is water weight. Depends on metabolism how much you will sweat.

The only weight your loosing is water weight. But that is a good thing as well. Also if you are detoxing that is great, your getting rid of the toxins in your system
