Its not just teenage mums, in fact its the older moms of 2-3 kids that are the worst.
Screaming nut jobs, rolling on the floor screaming to their moms and dads for some sweets or whatever.
Yet if you look at them the wrong way, say anything or so much as dare to "tut" in their direction, all hell breaks loose.
Personally i'd lock the lot in the freezer unit for a few hours; that should sort the problem out - lol.

My son is well behaved 90% of the time while shopping. I work part time and my hubby full time so i have to take my son shopping. The trouble is you don't know if its going to be a good or bad day until you're about 2/3 of the way round, and by then its too late. You just have to finish as quickly as you can without too much fuss. The screaming and whingeing is usually just a ploy to buy them sweets, which will, in turn, make it a hundred times worse!

Any mum can do that... But teen mums should find it harder to cope as lack life experience and confidence. Plus still kids themselves and can relate to the need for fun... Mostly stressed as can't cope...
They are too young for kids as pressured enough as it is...
Mostly its not their fault but lack of parental and teacher support ie why were they not on the pill or depro injection,.... Surely parents being older, more experienced and remabering being a teen should have seen sex coming and put into place the prceedure for handling it till kid was old enough to handle it themsleves...
And if the questions here all the time are anything to go by... Most paresnts were worthless likewise teachers in doing their sex ed duty opting for as little as possible... imagine doing that with any other subject.

Its not just teenage mums that do this and it's not just children who act wild in a supermarket. People seem to leave their manners at home.

Another stereotype. My kids are very well-behaved. I don't let my children out of the grocery cart at the store because they tried to run off 1 time. They know not to scream anymore because I quit taking them with me for a while because of it. I'm not a teen mom anymore, but I was at one time. I had 1 child at 18 and another at 19. I get disapproving looks because I'm usually at the store with no man. That's because my kids' father works and he's usually sleeping when I go to the store because he works nights. I have surprised a few when I go to pay because I pay with cash and not food stamps. Yep, I'm not a welfare momma. Anyway, don't judge everyone because you see some stupid people that shouldn't have been breeding. Not everyone is like that.

Not just teenage mums - I am an older mum and I fully intend to let my little cherub run amok. As long as he doesn't damage anything or hurt himself I can't see the problem with kids being kids.

Mums (and Dads) of all ages will at some point have a kid trailing behind them in a supermarket chucking mega-tantrums! It happens to EVERYONE! If you ignore the kid, you get dirty looks and whispering from the miserable old biddies who like to ram you with their trolleys instead if saying excuse me, and if you lose your cool with your kid, the old biddies tut and mutter about child abuse!!! Parent's are damned if they do and damned if they don't - it's everyone else who has the problem, not the kids or the parents!

So that their kids will bother people like you who probably need to be bothered every now and then. How do you expect to receive pension or any other state benefit if you don't let kids be kids. I'm not saying I let my kids run screaming through the store, but you know....kids will be kids. When we don't let kids be kids, then they become something else....like teenage moms perhaps?

maybe because they are stupid and just don't care to discipline their kids. I can't stand people like that, not specifically teenage moms, just parents in general!! They tend to use the excuse "he/she is only 2 they don't know better" bulls**t!!!! I have a 3 year old and i will be damned if my kid will run around like an animal! Parents just give up and would rather their kid not be mad at them and for them to like them. We are P-A-R-E-N-T-S not F-R-I-E-N-D-S!! Kids will be mad at you for a couple of hours and get over it. There is no kid on this earth that should walk all over their parents. And let me say that they do this because they know they can. Kids love to test boundaries and if they can get their way they will!!!!!!

not all teenage mums let their kids run around screaming. your being a bit stereotypical. those teenage parents that do let their kids run around screaming may not know how to handle them and are just kids there self. also being a parent isn't as easy as you think.
