No, they can't. Assuming that the whole tooth was extracted with no roots remaining. It is not rare to find someone with 4th molars, especially in the upper jaw. They are usually about 1/3 to 1/4 the normal size of a wisdom tooth. Usually, if this tooth is present, the surgeon will remove it - if he can get to it without risking other structures. If it is left behind, though, it will probably erupt a few months or years after the 3rd molar blocking it out is removed.

No. Once they're gone, they're gone. Luckily... I wouldn't want to deal with the extraction again...
I think the only things that ever grow back in the human body after being removed or damaged is skin and liver tissue... Everything else is a one-time deal. Just like if you get your appendix or gall bladder taken out, they can't grow back. I'm not sure what tbtt&b is talking about. I know plenty of people that had them taken out and they haven't grown back. Wisdom teeth are just like "back-up" teeth that don't grow in until you're in your late teens/early twenties, they've been there all along, and once they're gone, they can't re-appear or anything. If you had to get any other tooth pulled for any reason, they wouldn't grow back, so wisdom teeth won't either.

The answer is that a tooth once extracted will not grow back. We normally have two sets of teeth - our "baby teeth", also called "milk teeth", and our "adult teeth".
Wisdom Teeth only appear in our adult set of teeth and in most circumstances once you lose an adult tooth then that's it... there will not be another tooth growing through to replace it.
However there are exceptions to just about everything in nature... my brother-in-law had TWO sets of adult teeth!!! So in theory if he had his Wisdom Teeth extracted the next one would grow through. [what actually happened is that they grew out the sides of his gums next to his first set of teeth... which was not only gross but very painful... so he had to have them all removed]

Occasionally people will be born with extra teeth that might erupt if others are removed to make way for them. But normally, no, your wisdom teeth were formed before you were even born; once you take them out, they're gone.

No. You only get one set of wisdom teeth (some people don't even get that). Once they're gone, they're gone.

Nope. All of your teeth have been in your head since birth. They can't spontaneously appear.
