I imagine your boyfriend becomes aroused watching you do most anything. Isn't it wonderful you have that power over him?
The bad part would be if it happens with every girl he sees. OR maybe this happens because you smoke after sex and when he sees you smoke it reminds him of sex?

Some guys get turned-on by a girl smoking. I think they like the image of the girl putting something long and thin into their mouth. Use your imagination...

NO, but I have heard that men a lot of times associate smell with arousal. Maybe it is the smell of the smoke reminding him of being closer to you, because you smoke???
